The objective of Tsuru Tsururiina IV is that all people have no hair (enough soldiers from this empire are balds).
Gunkan
Gunkan is the first of the Heavenly Kings from Margarita Empire. His base is in the sky over Puppu City.
In the past, he was friend of Bobobo. Like Bobobo, his fighting style is Hagane Shinken.
Make stand out his quiff and his white beard.
Purupu
The second of the Heavenly Kings always goes with a machine similar to Frieza (when he shows up first time in Dragon Ball). He was defeated by Don Patch in the same chapter that Purupu shows up.
Over
The third of the Heavenly Kings uses to fight a big scissors.
He hates Tokoro Tennosuke.
Halekulani
Halekulani, the last Heavenly King, is obsessed with money and jewels.
He is the Black Governor of the amusement park Halleluyahland. His fighting style is Gorgeous Shinken.
Giga
The leader of Cybercity as powerful as Tsuru Tsururiina IV.
He transform his enemies in sculptures and when they're broken, Giga adquires the powers of the defeated enemies.
Giga can transform into SuperGiga, with a look very ugly and evil.
