    The manga of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is created by Yoshio Sawai and is serialized in the famous Japanese magazine Weekly Shonen Jump (the same magazine where is publishing Naruto and One Piece). Nowadays the manga is recopilated in 20 tankoubons and is still continuing.
    The argument can be divided in two parts: the first, when the enemy is Tsuru Tsururiina IV, and the second (begun in Shonen Jump 3/2006 issue) when the enemy is his ancestor: Tsuru Tsururiina III.

    Story

    The story takes place in the year 300X. The Margarita Empire, led by emperor Tsuru Tsururiina IV, is taking over the world by stealing people's hair. The hero, Bobobo, is an adventurer who as a child learned to "hear the voices of the hair", and can command his own body hair (including his nose, chest, and armpit hair) to perform various martial arts dubbed Hanage Shinken. The series follows his various escapades as he teams up with many different oddball sidekicks to fight the bald soldiers. [Wikipedia].
