Pan Houchang graduated in Biochemical Engineering from east China university of science and technology in 1991， Bachelor Degree. Pan Houchang once successively won the Second Prize of National Excellent Engineering Design, three First Prizes, three Second Prizes, and two Third Prizes of Provincial Excellent Engineering Design, and the Second Prize of Provincial Excellent Engineering Consulting. Pan Houchang took charge of the research and development of the Process Design Modularization Research Project of Fermentation Workshop in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
