Guo graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with bachelor's degree in regiment mining in 2001, and previously served as the chief sintering engineer and technical director of a large domestic iron and steel enterprise, and the project director of a class A design institute of a well-known central enterprise in China.

Focusing on the iron and steel industry sintering, pelletizing field production process, engineering management, engineering design for more than 20 years, especially in grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler pelletizing projects, Guo has accumulated rich experience. With advanced design concepts in the industry, Guo can tailor the most suitable design route for the owner according to different customer needs. Boasting unique insights and rich engineering experience in process flow, layout and equipment selection, Guo has presided over the design of more than ten large and medium-sized grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler pellet project ten ball projects of large and medium-sized grate-rotary kiln-ring cooler pelletizing projects at home and abroad, which has created good value for customers.

Guo has also won a number of first, second and third prizes of national, provincial and ministerial level industry excellent survey and design, and participated in the compilation of ministerial-level project "Guide for Field Environmental Monitoring of Sintering and Pelletizing Process in Iron and Steel Industry".
